9p999 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. References to "9p999," "we," "us," or "our" refer to the operator of the 9p999 platform accessible at 9p999.vip. References to "you," "your," or "Player" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 9p999 platform.

By accessing the 9p999 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 9p999. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 9p999 platform and must not register or maintain an account.

To be eligible to create and maintain an account on 9p999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player under any PAGCOR-administered self-exclusion program or the 9p999 self-exclusion system.
• Not have had a previous 9p999 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• Be accessing 9p999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful under applicable local laws.
• Not be an employee, director, officer, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or affiliate of 9p999 or any of its software providers.
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

9p999 reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during account registration (KYC), when processing withdrawal requests, or at any other time deemed necessary by our compliance team. Acceptable proof of age and identity includes a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a passport, PhilSys national ID, driver's license, SSS card, or voter's ID.

Each eligible individual may register for one (1) account on the 9p999 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 9p999 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 9p999 login credentials, including your registered mobile number, username, and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

All activity conducted through your 9p999 account — including all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you and is your sole legal and financial responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was actually undertaken by you or an unauthorised third party who gained access to your account.

• You must notify 9p999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• 9p999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account prior to notification and account suspension.
• You must not allow any other person, including a family member, to use your 9p999 account.
• Passwords should be unique to your 9p999 account and not reused across other platforms.
• 9p999 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. Treat any such request as fraudulent.

All deposits to your 9p999 Wallet must be made using payment methods accepted by 9p999 at the time of deposit. Accepted methods currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Coins.ph, subject to availability and applicable processing limits.

• Minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 9p999 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment service provider (e.g., your bank or GCash account issuer) may apply their own transaction fees, for which 9p999 bears no responsibility.
• 9p999 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where deposits are suspected to originate from proceeds of crime or where anti-money laundering regulations require it.
• Deposits are for the purpose of gaming only. Using the 9p999 Wallet as a general-purpose financial account is not permitted.

You may request withdrawal of funds from your 9p999 Wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, wherever technically possible, or to a payment method registered in your name.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified for a particular method.
• Withdrawals require completion of KYC verification where applicable. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed.
• 9p999 processes withdrawal requests within one (1) business day for standard accounts and within four (4) hours for verified VIP accounts during normal operating hours.
• 9p999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding applicable thresholds.
• Bonus-funded winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 8 for details.
• 9p999 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

9p999 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9p999 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or refuse any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to technical errors in promotion publication or evidence of abuse.

All games available on the 9p999 platform — including live casino games, slot machines, sports betting markets, bingo, sabong, fishing games, and table tennis betting — are subject to specific rules governing gameplay, payout calculations, and result determination.

• Game-specific rules are published within each game or game section on the 9p999 platform and form part of these Terms.
• The outcome of all 9p999 casino games and slots is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, which are subject to independent audit and certification.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 9p999's server systems, the server record shall be the authoritative and final record.
• Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by 9p999's system are final and cannot be cancelled by you unless specifically permitted under the rules of the relevant game or market.
• 9p999 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet or game round where there is evidence of system malfunction, data feed error, or integrity concerns affecting the outcome.
• For live sports betting markets on 9p999, the rules of the relevant sporting body govern event outcomes. In cases of dispute about a sporting result, the decision of the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, UFC, ITTF for table tennis) is final.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games on 9p999 are published in game information sections. Theoretical RTP figures represent long-term statistical outcomes over millions of game rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9p999 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age, or providing false information about your age or identity.
• Holding more than one 9p999 account at any time.
• Using the platform in any way that involves, facilitates, or constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in 9p999's platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the 9p999 platform in a manner not consistent with manual human play.
• Colluding with other players, 9p999 employees, or game providers to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, or corrupt conduct affecting sporting events listed on 9p999's sportsbook.
• Depositing funds derived from any illegal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of crime.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code of any 9p999 platform software.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 9p999 staff, other players, or live dealers via any 9p999 communication channel.

9p999 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides every account holder with access to the following tools, available at all times from within account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 9p999 Wallet.
• Loss Limits — Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — Set a maximum duration for individual play sessions on 9p999.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 9p999 platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the specified minimum period.
• Reality Checks — Receive periodic in-session notifications showing your time spent playing and net wagering result.

All content on the 9p999 platform — including but not limited to the 9p999 name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, images, audio, and databases — is the intellectual property of 9p999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 9p999 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any 9p999 content without prior written permission.
• Use the 9p999 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, or reverse-engineer any part of the 9p999 platform or its software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices on the 9p999 platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9p999 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the 9p999 platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss.

In particular, 9p999 shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or Force Majeure events.
• Any delay, loss, or error in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by your payment service provider (including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or other banking institutions).
• Loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your 9p999 account credentials.
• The actions of third-party game providers whose software is licensed and hosted on the 9p999 platform.
• Decisions made by sporting governing bodies affecting sportsbook outcomes, including result reversals, event cancellations, or disqualifications.

Nothing in these Terms limits 9p999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law in the Philippines.

9p999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Where required by PAGCOR regulations, law enforcement authority, or applicable Philippine law.
• Where the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Where the account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months with no login or transaction activity.

Upon permanent account closure due to breach of these Terms, 9p999 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Wallet balance. Where account closure is not due to player breach (e.g., closure by the player's own request), any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of applicable verification requirements.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 9p999 account, a game outcome, a transaction, or these Terms, you must follow the dispute resolution procedure set out below before pursuing any external remedy.

All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.

These Terms & Conditions and the relationship between you and 9p999 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to applicable provisions of the Philippine Civil Code, the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.

Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts located within the Philippines, and the parties hereby submit to the personal and subject-matter jurisdiction of such courts.

9p999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 9p999 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 9p999 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account by contacting the 9p999 support team.

The current version of these Terms, including the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page, is the version that governs your use of the 9p999 platform.
